This delightful cottage is part of the original farmhouse that was built in the 1800s, part of which was the dairy. The cottage retains its charm and character including exposed stone wall, fireplace and original staircase.

Brynarthen Cottage garden has a lawned area, attractive mature borders of flowers and shrubs.

Accommodation for Brynarthen briefly comprises:

Large kitchen/dining room;
Comfortable, spacious sitting room;
Double bedroom;
Twin-bedded room;
Bunk bedroom;
Bathroom with shower over bath;
Private secluded garden;
Designated parking area.

The cottage is fully equipped with electric cooker, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, television, DVD, video, radio alarm clocks,and combined CD radio.

We provide towels (excluding beach towels), bed linen,
tablecloths and tea towels.

High chair, stair-gate and cot available if required
(pillow and blankets excluded).

Barbecue and garden furniture are included.

Central Heating and Hot Water is included in the rental. Electricity is supplied via a coin meter (£1 coins).

Brynarthen Cottage is fitted with smoke alarms, fire extinguisher, fire blanket and First Aid box for your safety and comfort.

Laundry room with automatic washing machine and separate tumble drier supplied via a coin meter (£1 coins).
Large lawned and enclosed children’s area with swings and substantial Wendy house.
 
Three course evening meals, barbecue and picnic packs, prepared and delivered to your cottage by prior arrangement. We should be pleased to discuss availability, menus and any dietary requirements you may have.
